Add Customer Tab Is Not Available, It Disappears After Leaving Multiple Windows Open (Doc ID 3021825.1)

Add Customer tab is not available

When users open multiple windows, Add customer tab is missing at sales order header level actions list.

Issue can be reproduced with the steps below:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User adds Customer Contact to OM Super User Menu
2. Then user opens the Sales Order Form and select Actions button to see Add Customer.
3. The Sales Order form is left open
4. Then user open the newly created Contact Center which opens a search window.
5. Then the Contact Center is closed
6. User navigate back to Sales Order form that was left open and select Actions
7. Now Add Customer is missing.
