Symptoms

When the expenditure amount on a task is more than the total balances available on the Performance Obligations (POBG) Order Line Schedule (OLS) for that task,
the "PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects" program is completed in error.

There is no output file generated, and the log file has error:      

Steps

1. Using a Projects responsibility
2. Navigate to: Other > Requests > Run
3. Run the “PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects” program
4. The program is completed in error and the log file has error:
          Cursor 1: ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_BILLING"
