Symptoms
After upgrade application from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11 and Database from 11.2.0.3 to 19c, when attempting to create new sales order or copy order
the following error occurs on Sales Order form.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Order form
3. Enter a new order and save

Upgrade application from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11 and Database from 11.2.0.3 to 19c.
