When QUOTE_PERDIEM_AMOUNT Formula Returns a Very Low Amount, Acceptance Workflow Errors with "The formula &FORMULA is not valid. Please define the formula"

Symptoms
When a termination quote is created, the formula QUOTE_PERDIEM_AMOUNT is used to populate okl_trx_quotes_all_b.perdiem_amount.
When this amount is very low, for example .003, the Acceptance Workflow will error with the following when creating the Quote Invoices.
The goal would just be to have the Formula return a value that can actually be invoiced, or 0 so it will be ignored completely.

Error message = The formula &FORMULA is not valid. Please define the formula. You must enter a value for SOURCE_ID.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, navigate to asset management and create a Termination Quote.
2. Submit the Quote for Approval.
3. Approve the Quote.
4. Accept the Quote. The Acceptance Workflow will error.
