Assignments with Balance Adjustment Are Missing from Process Output after Running RTI – Full Payment Submission (FPS) Amendments Concurrent Programs (Doc ID 3024289.1)

Assignments for which a valid balance adjustment was performed are not being picked and shown in the process output after running the 'RTI - Full Payment Submission (FPS) Amendments 2022/23' concurrent program (Real Time Information also known as RTI).
The same issue is observed with the others concurrent programs (RTI - Full Payment Submission (FPS) Amendments used for other tax years).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under UK HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Others > Adjust Balance.
3. DateTrack to any date from fiscal year 2022/23 (for example: 31-MAR-2023) and enter a Balance adjustment for seeded element 'PAYE' (Pay As You Earn).
4. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'RTI - Full Payment Submission (FPS) Amendments 2022/23' process.
5. Click on View Output button > Observe that the above assignment is not shown in the process output.
