When attempting to run the Program Service Command Center Data Load, the program runs into errors as shown below:

DataLoadControllerServiceImpl - job failed with error code:There is Exception while applying load rule for dataset cs-charges for job 572,941  There is Exception while applying load rule for dataset cs-charges for job 572,941 exception details:
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: "ORA-00903: invalid table name"

The issue can be reproduced with below steps:

1. Navigate to Service Responsibility
2. Submit the Concurrent Program "Service Command Center Data Load"
3. The program ends with error
