Symptoms

Unable to setup My Oracle Support (MOS) Credentials for Patch Wizard.

Getting the following error while updating My Oracle Support (MOS) credentials in Oracle Application Manager (OAM):

ERROR

Unable to connect to My Oracle Support. Please enter a valid My Oracle Support userid and password. Please also check if the Web Proxy Setup information is correct.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THIS ISSUE:
----------------------------------------

1. Logon to Oracle Application Manager.

2. On the Application Dashboard Setup, click on My Oracle Support Credentials link.

3. Update My Oracle Support Credential.

4. Enter in username and password.
