When attempting to view expense details while auditing an expense report, getting following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Internet Expenses Audit Manager Responsibility
2. Go to Manage Expense Reports
3. Query for an employee
4. Click on Expense report number and navigate to Expense Report page
5. Cick on Details to verify Expenses
6. Observed above error message
