"Cost Factors" Section Is Not Vsible On The RFQ Line Details

Symptoms
User is not able to see the "Cost Factors" section and restore the personalizations for the RFQ (Request for Quotation) line details.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sourcing responsibility
2. Create RFQ (Request for Quotation)
3. Create Line
4. Personalize
5. Default Stack: Cost Factors -> Update
6. Rendered options available: "Inherit" / "False" / "SPEL". There is no "True" value available
7. When Spel Option is selected error occurs: Please provide a valid value for "rendered"
