Q1. Why data is not deleted from PA_Draft_invoice_details_all when invoice is deleted?

Q2. Which columns are updated in PA_Draft_invoice_details_all when invoice is deleted?

Q3. What will happened once new invoice get created using same expeniditure_item_ID which are already used in deleted invoices. Will existing record will be updated in pa_Draft_invoice_details_all or new records will be created?
