Symptoms
In EBS application concurrent program definition form when Incompatibilities button is clicked below exception raised in the form
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Connect to EBS application
2.Navigate to System administrator > Concurrent Program > Define
3.Query up concurrent Program - Example Active User
4.Click on Incompatibilities button
