Workflow notification is blank and the following additional columns need to be included for the approver to review and approve.

Report From Inception
PO Number
PO Line Number
PO Distribution Number
Transaction Type
Invoice Grouping Name


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Property Manager Responsibility
2. Create or Amend an Existing Lease and Finalize the lease
   Lease and Document > Main Lease > Enter lease and Document : Finalize the lease
3. Workflow notification will be sent to the the approver to approve the lease
