Symptoms

In General terms and conditions (GT&C), the Purchase Order Processing (POP) End date defaults incorrectly on Oracle Requisition.
The GT&C agreement End date of 2031-09-30 defaults on requisition as 01-OCT-20231

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CLM Purchasing Responsibility
2. Go to Requisition form > Create a Requisition
3. Enter GT&C number in requisition header DFF
4. POP End dates defaults incorrectly
