Symptoms
IGT (Intragovernmental) Order failed to be pulled into EBS (E-Business Suite) due to "User-Defined Exception Error encountered while autocreating IGT Order or Modification" error.
Steps
-----
1. IGT Order was created with reference to GT&C (General Terms & Conditions) which has multiple ALCs (Agency Location Codes)
2. Pulling IGT Order into EBS via 'Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program'
3. The pulling of IGT Order is failed and below messages were captured in FND Debug log
po.plsql.PO_IGT_SUBMISSION_CHECKS..CHECK_PO.006 PO 5: BETC Validation as per Group
po.plsql.PO_IGT_SUBMISSION_CHECKS.check_igt_po.others_exception EXCEPTION: Location is SQL CODE is 100
po.plsql.PO_IGTORD_POSTPROC.process.100 After submission checks Submission check status is : E
po.plsql.PO_IGTORD_POSTPROC.process.100.EXCEPTION ;SQLERRM = User-Defined Exception
po.plsql.PO_IGTORD_PVT.report_error.BEGIN Start of subprogram.
po.plsql.PO_IGTORD_PVT.report_error.000 User-Defined Exception Error encountered while autocreating IGT Order or Modification.
