Symptoms

PRC: Create Accounting is completing with below error for Revenue Adjustments.

The Subledger Journal Entry Does Not Balance in the Entered Currency


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to projects responsibility
2. Run request PRC: Create Accounting
3. Review Output File
