'Status Group Definition' page: 'Value "" in "To Status" is too Long' Error When Defining Transitions Using Statuses With More Than 30 Characters (Doc ID 3026316.1)

When attempting to add a status transition in 'Status Group and Transitions' page using a status that has more than 30 characters, the following error occurs:


Value "" in "To Status" is too long.
or
Value "" in "From Status" is too long.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Service responsibility.
2. Navigate to Setup/Rules/ Status Groups And Transitions.
3. Select a group from the list.
4. In Status Group Definition page, define a transition with a status having more than 30 characters using it in either 'From Status' or 'To Status' fields.
