Advanced Collections Programs End In Warning and the Output File Shows In XML Format (Doc ID 3026400.1)

Symptoms

When running any of the following programs, the program ends in warning and cannot create the output file.  When clicking on 'View Output', it shows the XML data, not the template. 

IEX: Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers
IEX: Scoring Engine Harness
IEX: Strategy Management

Post-processing of request xxxxx failed at 31-MAY-2024 10:54:24 with the error message:
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Submit > Request

  1. Submit any of the following programs, and click on View Output
    IEX: Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers
    IEX: Scoring Engine Harness
    IEX: Strategy Management
