Advanced Collections Programs End In Warning and the Output File Shows In XML Format

Symptoms
When running any of the following programs, the program ends in warning and cannot create the output file. When clicking on 'View Output', it shows the XML data, not the template.
IEX: Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers
IEX: Scoring Engine Harness
IEX: Strategy Management
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

Navigation: Submit > Request
- Submit any of the following programs, and click on View Output

IEX: Strategy Management
