Symptoms

 EBSCM (e-Business Cloud Manager) Refresh option getting Gateway Time-out

 

On logs file for EBSCM VM Server under directory /u01/install/apps/apps-unlimited-ebs/out you will see the current log (based on current date)

On the latest log from previous directory you see:

"Existing env OS version and Backup OS version are not compatible code: 2057"
