On opening Period Close Dashboard in Payables ECC, no refinements are available

and displays no data. While rest of the tabs Supplier balance, Holds, Discounts have data as well as refinements.

Steps to Reproduce:

1)Login to Payables Manager Responsibility.

2) Go to ECC: Enterprise Command Center.

3)Go to Period Close Dashboard.

4)Find no refinements or data displayed.
