Blank Page When Accessing Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Calendar View Functionality (Doc ID 3026963.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to access Calendar View functionality, blank page is displayed on Calendar View page.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Using OTL Self Service responsibility or equivalent.

  2. Navigate to Time > Calendar View page.

  3. Calendar is not loading, blank page is displayed.

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.12 release and apply patch 22117777:R12.HXT.C - OTL ER - ADF CALENDAR VIEW OF TIME RECORDED.
