Symptoms

When an Advance Payment is made to an Employee (i.e. Future Payroll periods processed in the current pay period), the Single Touch Payroll Archive 2022 Concurrent Program is not picking below Employee details.

Steps for Issue Simulation

1. Logged in using Payroll Manager Responsibility

2. Navigate to Processes and Reports -> Submit the Payroll Run such that date paid and date earned in same period.

3. After successful run of Payroll, navigate to People -> Enter and Maintain

4. Query an employee for which Payroll run has been done.

5. Navigate to Assignment -> Element Entry.

6. Provide Additional Earning for advance payment -> Save

7. Go back to Assignment -> Others -> Quick Pay

8. Submit the quick pay for next pay period with date paid as previous period date and date earned as current period dates.

9. After successful run of Quick Pay, Navigate to Processes and Reports.

10. Submit Single Touch Payroll Archive 2022 Concurrent Program for the current period.

11. In Single Touch Payroll Validation report, the columns with respect to employee details is blank.
