Return Sales Orders Stuck With AWAITING_RETURN_DISPOSITION Status (Doc ID 3027176.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Return Sales Order (RMA) lines are stuck with status "Awaiting Return Disposition" even the item is received in the organization. This issue is occurring with Return Orders that were created without any Order Source.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Line status of RMA should be closed after receiving

STEPS

1. Create a RMA using Process Order API with Order Source as null

2. Receive the RMA order

    Navigate to Inventory responsibility -> Receiving -> Receipts> query by RMA number

3. Verify that Sales Order Line Stuck in Awaiting Return Disposition Status
