Symptoms
After running ADCHECKSEQMAX.sql script it has been observed the PAY_ASSIGNMENT_LINK_USAGES_S sequence is returned in the script output having LAST_NUMBER value greater than DEV_MAX value:

NOTE: LAST_NUMBER value can be any other number above DEV_MAX value. The above is a simple example of the script output.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the script using the following command:

2. Review script output and observe that LAST_NUMBER value is greater than DEV_MAX value.
