Symptoms
Attempting to post a manual journal batch in General Ledger shows error in the log file.

SHRD0117: Inserted 1 record(s) into GL_JE_BATCHES
SHRD0180: glpcsl() - Performing action >> insert_1sl_headers...
PERF0005: Oracle error detected in glpcsl() - ORA-01458: invalid length inside variable character string
PPOS0002: Posting terminated with fatal errors

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GL Responsibility >Journals > Enter > Find
2. Query for a specific subledger journal > Post button
3. Observe GLPPOSS: Posting: Single Ledger concurrent runs and errors
Changes
Create a new Secondary Ledger with Conversion Level: Journal.
