Symptoms
Payment Process Request: Stale data error encountered after pressing 'Previous' button in the list of Payment Instructions when the count is greater than 10.

Stale Data:
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).
To proceed, please select the Close Window link at the top of the application page to return to the main menu. Then, access this page again using the application's navigation controls (menu, links, and so on) instead of using the browser's navigation controls like Back and Forward..
Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Responsibility: Payables Manager
Payments > Entry > Payments Manager
Query a Payment Process Request (PPR) with more than 10 Payment Instructions (PI)
2. Click 'Next' button till end of the record.
At the end of the Record the Next button link is disabled.
3.Click on the 'Previous' button. Stale data error is encountered
