ARARCALL: Call New Archive and Purge Run With More Than One Worker Not Deleting Data From RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES_ALL and RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST_ALL (Doc ID 3028548.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to purge data, using Call New Archive and Purge program, having as parameter more than one worker, data is not deleted from all the tables.
Transactions data is not deleted from RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES_ALL and RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST_ALL.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Menu > View > Requests > Submit a New Request... > Single Request
1. Select from List of Values:  Call New Archive and Purge
2. Provide the parameters > For Worker parameter: select number greater than 1 > Submit
