Symptoms

 While the user is using the Enterprise Command Center for Cash Management, Manual Reconciliation dashboard, it is possible do the following

  1.  The user could accidentally reconcile a statement line in bank A against an available transaction from bank B.
  2. The user is not forced to first pick a particular bank account before selecting items to reconcile.
