When Navigating to Iprocurement Home Page Getting the following error in the "Popular Categories" and Recent "Requested Items Section"

500 Internal Server Error: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0: Could not create connection for datasource 'ebsDB'.
The returned message is: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied.
