Symptoms

The driver fails on gms120pc.ldt file:

Error loading seed data for FND_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUES: PROFILE_NAME = GMS_DO_FUNDS_CHECK, LEVEL = 10003, LEVEL_VALUE = GMS SUPER USER GUI, LEVEL_VALUE_APP = GMS, ORA-01403: no data found
Error loading seed data for FND_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUES: PROFILE_NAME = GMS_DEFAULT_AWARD_YES, LEVEL = 10003, LEVEL_VALUE = GMS SUPER USER GUI, LEVEL_VALUE_APP = GMS, ORA-01403: no data found

 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Apply the 12.2 upgrade patches and review the driver's log file (worker log).

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.0.
