Symptoms
The amounts on Rollover Fee ROLLOVER FEE and quote XXXX do not match
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Lease Super User
2. Create a contract with rollover fee
3. Once the contract is in booked status
4. Create a Transfer and Assumptions release contract from mid of contract term
5. The new Release contract should not throw any QA validation
6. The XX contract should get booked successfully
