Symptoms

When attempting to create a new business process, the following error is thrown on clicking the Create Business Process button

Invalid or incompatible default value : True, set via personalization on Service Request

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Support (R)
2. Setup(N) Charges > Service Business Process
3. Click on the Create Business Process button when error is thrown
