Actual Behavior
Oracle Item Catalog > Item Search > Result columns no longer automatically resize
After the R12.2.11 upgrade, the Item Catalog search result columns (Item's description and long description) no longer resize and wrap text to fit the screen. Instead, it now shows a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the search results.

Expected Behavior
After the upgrade, the Item Catalog search result columns should resize and wrap the text to fit the screen when the screen is shrunk.

Steps to Reproduce
1) (N) Development Manager responsibility>
2) Open Item Simple Search page
3) Query an item like 214%
4) It shows a page with the resulting rows starting with item number 214.
5) The columns Item Description and Long Description appear to be fixed.
6) Expanding the page or shrinking the page is not resizing those two columns - meaning the text values in the two columns are not wrapped while shrinking the page and not expanding while expanding the page.
    The issue occurs in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers.
