Symptoms
Run MassAllocations Concurrent Process completed with below error
SHRD0015: glamai failed:
SHRD0033: Error Status: 0
SHRD0103: Function warning number: -1
glamai() - can't find base_period_name.
The period is not an open or future enterable period.

The period is not an open or future enterable period.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to General Ledger Responsibility
2. (N)Journals > Define > Allocation
3. Press Generate button
4. Press Submit button
