Symptoms

When attempting to run GLECCDLCP: General Ledger Command Center Data Load,
the following error occurs.

Incorrect LEDGER_ID value: xxxx
Incorrect LEDGER_ID values exist in: xxxx

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to General Ledger Responsibility
2. Run concurrent program GLECCDLCP: General Ledger Command Center Data Load
