Symptoms

When attempting to upload journals by selecting 'All Rows' parameter using WebADI with non-OOXML format, the following error occurs on the page. 

'Flagged rows' upload works fine, and OOXML format also works fine (profile option BNE: Enable OOXML Standard set to 'Yes').

ERROR

0 row(s) failed validation, and 0 row(s) successfully uploaded.
Flagged rows selected with no rows flagged in the document.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Logon to General Ledger responsibility > Journals > Launch Journal Wizard
2. Populate the data in the template for upload
3. Select Oracle > Upload from the menu
4. Select All Rows parameter for upload, populate the balance of the parameters and select Upload
5. Review the error
