Unable to Select “Default Normal Host Credentials” While Running Prevalidate on EBS Application Management Pack (Doc ID 3030542.1)

Symptoms

Implementing AMP 13.5.1.0.0 for EBS 12.2 instances.

While trying to run Prevalidate from E-Business Suite - Application Management Pack (EBS AMP) , unable to select the “Default Normal Host Credentials”.

No error occurs.

STEPS:

  1. Under Configuration of Oracle E-Business Suite : Monitoring Named Credentials
  2. Unable to select “Default Normal Host Credentials” to proceed with Prevalidate as the field auto-populates and cannot be changed
