Actual Costing Ending in Signal 11

Symptoms
After upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.12, when attempting to run the actual cost process, it ends in error and
the following error displays in the log file.

Program was terminated by Signal 11
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run actual costing (Process Manufacturing Financials > Actual Costs > Actual Cost Process)
2. Click View Log button on Actual Cost Process screen once the process completes
