Error :'Missing Routing Rules' Unable to Send CXML Purchase Orders From Punchout (Doc ID 3030930.1)

Symptoms

The user is able to do the punchout and create the Requisition and Purchase Order, however, getting a workflow error when trying to send the cXML PO back to The Supplier.

Missing Routing Rules

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup punchout with Supplier
2. Perform Punchout and Create requisition and PO
3. Get error when trying to send the cXML PO back to Amazon
