Symptoms

When user is attempting to edit the requisition line during the requisition approval, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to approval notification list
2. Open approval notification
3. Edit Requisition link
4. Select iProcurement responsibility
5. Select the requisition line and click on update
6. Error occurs
