Mobile Field Service: Using Clock Picker User Is Unable to Change Time on Android 14 Device On First Attempt (Doc ID 3031178.1)

Symptoms

On the Mobile Field Service application, after upgrading the Android operating system to version 14, when using clock picker to select a new time, the time resets to original value in the field.
The first attempt at selecting a time value will reset the value to the original field value, on the second attempt, the selected time value is saved.

Steps
---------
Login to Mobile Field Service application on an Android device.
Navigate to Service Requests > Task.
Open a task and use the clock picker" to select a time for "Scheduled Start Time", "End Time" or "Planned End Time".
The first attempt at choosing a time will default back to original time value.
On the Second attempt, the value will change to time selected from the clock picker.

 

Changes

 Upgrade Android operating system to version 14.
