OM Command Center Data Load Program Failing With Exception: ORA-01652 (Doc ID 3031233.1)

Symptoms


In ECC V9,The full load request OM Command Center Data Load program error out with the below error

ERROR:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP_NEW
ORA-06512: at "APPS.OE_ECC_UTIL_PVT", line XXXXXX
ORA-06512: at line 1

STEPS:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Oracle Application
2. Navigate to ECC Responsibility
3. Go to View-->Requests
4. Submit the 'OM Command Center Data Load' request with Load Type as Full load
