Symptoms

Payment create accounting is failing with following error message :

XLAACCUP: Accounting Program

An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

ERROR: Confirm Cash has not been setup in the Clearing Cash Account field.

Step to reproduce:

1. Responsibility = Payables Manager

2. Navigation= Other - Requests- Run

3. Submit Program Name = Create Accounting
