Symptoms

When calling PA_IGT_EXT_API_PUB.SUBMIT_IGT_AGREEMENT it results in Error: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows. (AGREEMENT_NUM=XXXXXXXXXXXXX).

The error can be reproduced with the steps provided below.

Using a custom program to call PA_IGT_EXT_API_PUB.SUBMIT_IGT_AGREEMENT

The program log file shows that an error has been encountered.

Error: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows. (AGREEMENT_NUM=XXXXXXXXXXXXX).
