G-Invoicing: Unable to View More Than 30 Lines on the Performance Obligation Page, Scrolling Refreshes List and Returns User to the First Record

Symptoms
When there are a large number of Performance Obligations (POBG), 100+ the page does not load properly after scrolling past 30 rows.
Only the initial 30 lines are visible when the page is loaded. To view beyond the 30 lines, users must scroll up and back down to view all the lines.
This action is required for every 10 rows that are loaded.
In addition, the page resets after each save when linking a top task id to a schedule, requiring users repeat this process to return to the line they were working on.
To reproduce the issue,
- Log into a G-Invoicing Dashboard responsibility
- Navigate to G-Invoicing Dashboard
- Enter GT&C number into search
- Click on a POBG that has over 100 lines
- Scroll down to line 30
- The page does not allow scrolling past line 30
- To load more page lines, scroll back up to line 1
- The page will load new records and advance 10 records
- Now scroll down and stop again at line 40
- Scroll back up to line 11
- 10 more lines will load in page
- and continue until you have reached the line that needs to be reviewed or updated.
