Transfer To Regular Transaction Is Not Showing Serial Numbers In The Material Transactions Form (Doc ID 3032166.1)

Actual Behavior
Transfer to Regular transaction is not showing the serial numbers associated to it in the Material Transactions form.

Expected Behavior
Transfer to regular transactions should show the serial numbers in the Material Transactions form.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Blanket Agreement for a consigned item
2. Create ASL setup for the supplier on the blanket document
3. Create PO release against the blanket agreement
4. Receive the PO release
5. Have consignment setup enabled for the subinventory transfer transaction to create an automatic transfer to regular transaction
6. Perform subinventory transfer by enabling the serial triggered option. Enter the serial number on the item line along with item qty and other details. 
    Save the transaction. This creates the Transfer to Regular transaction.
7. When viewing the Transfer to Regular transaction in the Material Transactions form, the serial number button is disabled and the serial numbers cannot be viewed on the record
