Goal

After upgrading to R12.2 from R12.1, the user is no longer able to change Context Value for Descriptive Flexfield(DFF) in FA WebADI Mass Additions Integrator.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to (N)Mass Additions > Additions Integrator

2. Download and Open a WebADI spreadsheet

3. Click [Descriptive Flexfield] column and popup [Enter Flexfield] window

R12.1 : The user can click the LOV of Context Value to change a value
R12.2 : There is no LOV of Context Value, so the user cannot change a value
