When attempting to update the payment DFF in payment workbench,
the following error occurs.

"APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-01407: cannot update (""AP"".""AP_CHECKS_ALL"".""CHECK_NUMBER"") to NULL occurred in
AP_AC_TABLE_HANDLER_PKG.UPDATE_ROW<-AP_CHECKS_PKG.UPDATE_ROW<-APXPAWKB
with parameters (ROWID = AABRkRADUAACZSjAAF, CHECK_ID = XXXXXX)
while performing the following operation:
Update ap_checks"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to payables Responsibility -> Payment Worckbench

2. Create a Payment

3. Search the payment and modify the DFF

4. The error appear :

"APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-01407: cannot update (""AP"".""AP_CHECKS_ALL"".""CHECK_NUMBER"") to NULL occurred in
