When attempting to perform item search by putting Item number or any other search criteria in inventory search form (INVIVCSU), the following error occurs:

ERROR
ORA-03123: Operation would block

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to "Inventory (R) => Items => Item Search"
2. Enter item number or any other search criteria
3. Try to proceed and error occurs.
