Symptoms


Create Accounting  Program for Payables is having performance issue when there are large number of  Payment Distribution Lines.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payables Responsibility > Run Create Accounting  Program.
2. The Create Accounting  Program is taking time  and  the Payment remain as Unaccounted status.
