R12: IBY: Payment Instruction Register Report Shows Repeated Numbers on Payment Instruction LOV Parameter (Doc ID 3032768.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
When preparing to submit Payment Instruction Register report and open the Payment Instruction parameter List of Values users can see that some numbers are displayed multiple times.
This situation is present on R12.2.12 upgraded instance (from R12.1.3). 
On the R12.1.3 instance such behavior does not exist.

STEPS:
1. Requests> Submit Requests > submit Payment Instruction Register report
2. Some Payment Instruction values are shown twice in the list

Changes

Upgrade of instance from EBS R12.1.3 to R12.2.12.
